The information we collect is strictly used for internal operational and administrative purposes, including:

  • Authenticating your identity and providing access to role-specific features.
  • Tracking warehouse productivity, task completion, and fleet management statuses.
  • Ensuring system security, detecting unauthorized access, and maintaining comprehensive audit trails.
  • Communicating critical updates, shift handovers, and administrative notices.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Electra HUB is an internal enterprise tool. Your data is kept strictly confidential and is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. We may only disclose your data under the following circumstances:

  • Internal Access: Authorized administrators, shift supervisors, and HR personnel within the organization may access your operational and account data as part of their duties.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party IT infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating the System.

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Your account information and operational logs will be retained for as long as you have an active account or as long as legally and operationally required by company policy. If your employment or contract is terminated, your account will be deactivated, but historical operational logs (such as audits or picking histories tied to your user ID) will be retained for archival and compliance purposes.
