By accessing and using the Electra HUB logistics and warehouse management system ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the System on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
To use the System, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
The Electra HUB is intended solely for the management of warehouse operations, inventory tracking, delivery scheduling, and internal logistics. You agree not to:
As a user of the Electra HUB, you may have access to confidential company data, including vendor details, purchase orders (POs), and stock levels. You agree to treat all data accessed through the System as highly confidential. Unauthorized export, sharing, or distribution of this data outside of standard operational requirements is strictly prohibited.
We strive to ensure the Electra HUB is available 24/7 for operational needs. However, access to the System may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any operational delays resulting from system downtime.
Electra HUB administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or if your employment/contract with the organization is terminated.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the System's notification dashboard. Continued use of the System after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
